When my son was first born, he had a mild case of baby acne. I mentioned this to a friend of mine that suggested I use my breast milk to treat his acne. It had never crossed my mind to do so prior to her mentioning it. I have to admit, it felt a bit weird using my breast milk on his face. But, if it was all the nourishment he needed for his growing body, I thought that it was also worth a try to cure his baby acne.
I pumped the milk and poured about a teaspoon into another clean bowl. This is liquid gold after all, so I wanted to be sure I didn’t contaminate the remaining milk I spent time pumping. I used my clean finger to dab the breast milk onto my son’s baby pimples. I allowed it to penetrate into his tiny pores and didn’t wash it off. I was immediately impressed, as the redness seemed to dissipate almost instantly. By the next morning, the acne was reduced significantly. I continued this for the next few days, and was amazed by the results. His baby acne was completely gone and it was all to the credit of my own breast milk. The body is absolutely astounding!
After you have a baby, your hormones change dramatically and instantly. The beautiful and glowing skin that was produced from my pregnancy, and the usage of natural remedies was no longer there after I had my son. It was replaced with dull and tired looking skin. If that wasn’t bad enough, red blemishes and pimples would appear. I was far too tired to be applying makeup on a daily, or even weekly basis. So, I really needed something that was simple and effective in treating these blemishes and allowed me to remain makeup free.
I knew that if my breast milk was able to cure my baby son’s acne, it would have to work on my own blemishes. Honestly, I felt even more awkward applying the breast milk to my own face than I did to my son’s. But, the blemishes were far more mortifying than the thought of using a natural remedy that I personally produced. Again, I was absolutely astounded by the results of using my breast milk as a treatment for acne. Within days my complexion was completely clear and blemish free. My skin issues have been solved since using this amazing remedy that I personally manufactured. If you are a breastfeeding mother that has skin issues, you must look no further than the natural remedy that your body has already produced. It is a surefire to give you a clear complexion and natural glow.
