European Natural Remedies for Acne

Europe is known to be ahead of the times when it comes to fashion. Europe is popular for having some of the trendiest traveling locations in the world. Europeans are also famous for having clear and vibrant skin. Very effective natural remedies hail from Europe. Many native plants grow in Europe that are able to soothe inflamed skin, balance uneven skin tones, relieve pain caused by acne, eradicate bacteria, and provide other benefits that are known to result in a clear complexion.

German Chamomile

German chamomile comes from a plant that grows all over the European region that is called Matricaria Chamomilla. It is used as an effective herbal medicine and natural remedy. German chamomile has many properties that make it an effective fighter against acne, such as analgesic, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory. It is able to fight the pain caused by acne, the bacteria that causes it, and the redness and swelling associated with it. German chamomile is able to be consumed internally or applied topically to the skin. The results of this natural remedy are astounding for the skin.

Lavender Oil

Lavender oil is a well-known natural solution for fighting acne. Lavender flowers come from the plant called Lavandula, which grows in southern Europe. Lavender oil is able to aid in the treatment of acne, boils, burns, dermatitis, eczema, insect bites, inflammatory conditions, psoriasis, stings, sunburns, and wounds. Lavender oil has many properties that allow it to eradicate acne such as analgesic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic. It is able to revitalize skin that suffers from acne when applied topically.

Rosehip Seed Oil

Rosehip seed oil is extracted from the Rosa Canina plant. Rosehip seed oil contains a significant amount of Vitamin C, making it contain powerful antioxidant properties. It is also rich in essential fatty acids, omega-3, omega-6, flavonoids, and tannins. Rosehip seed oil also has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. It is a great natural remedy for treating acne, allergies, burns, dermatitis, eczema, skin disorders, sunburns, and wounds. Additionally, rosehip seed oil is able to moisturize the skin.  When applied topically, it is a potent natural remedy for acne.
